Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your order – if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns (Clothing & Merchandise)
We accept returns on most merchandise items, including clothing, within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
Tags are still attached
Returned in the original packaging
To request a return, please contact us at koby@hondaracing.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges – Clothing
Ordered the wrong size? No worries – we offer exchanges for a different size of the same product, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
Contact us at koby@hondaracing.com.au with your order number and the new size you need.
Once confirmed, return the original item (unworn, with tags and packaging).
We’ll send out the replacement once we receive your return.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll cover shipping for the replacement item.
Accessories
Accessories (such as motorcycle parts) can only be returned if damaged or faulty upon arrival. We do not accept returns or exchanges for accessories that:
Have been used or worn
Were purchased in the wrong size or style
Please check product details carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
