Delivery Processing TimeÂ
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one business day of receiving your order confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, public holidays, or during unforeseen disruptions. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated on the Shop Honda website.Â
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) from Monday to Friday are generally dispatched the same day for metropolitan areas including Sydney and Victoria. Deliveries to Western Australia, Queensland, South Australia, and the Northern Territory may take additional time. Â
During peak periods or sales events, order processing may be delayed by up to 48 hours (2 business days). We recommend allowing extra time for delivery during these periods. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email or provide an update on our website.Â
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable at the time of purchase, Shop Honda reserves the right to cancel the order and will notify you accordingly.Â
Upon successful completion of your order, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival. If no one is available at the delivery address, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect or reschedule your delivery.Â
Shipping RatesÂ
We offer our customers nation-wide, FREE SHIPPING* on all orders over $50. We use a range of carefully freight companies across Australia. Your Item/s will be sent via the freight company we deem to be most efficient. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Â
*Free shipping is only available to customers who have spent over $50 in one transaction. Customers must reside in Australia to be eligible.Â
Dangerous Goods DeclarationÂ
Certain products such as lubricants, oils, specific cleaning agents, and aerosols are classified as Dangerous Goods.Â
Depending on the size and contents of your order, these items may be shipped separately to comply with shipping regulations. This will not impact our standard order processing time at Shop Honda; however, delivery may occasionally take longer due to carrier handling requirements.Â
You will still receive full tracking details via email once your order is dispatched. Please note that returns or exchanges of Dangerous Goods are not accepted, as return freight for these items requires specific documentation not covered under standard shipping procedures—unless otherwise required by Australian consumer law.Â
